Hello all! I am Katie, the farmer and creator behind BA Beef— a second generation farm where the land, the animals, and the people we serve all matter deeply.

I continued to farm after college out of a love for preserving the land and feeding people. Farming is a way of life that connects me to something real and lasting, and I’m proud to continue the work my family began before me. My animals are raised with care. They are truly spoiled, loved and humanely treated from beginning to end. This is more than a business. It’s a commitment to doing the right thing and preserving it.

After recently getting married, I began making tallow skincare out of the necessity and love, to support the farm through uncertain times, and to offer something genuinely nourishing to others. What started in my own kitchen has become a line of skincare products that actually work. Rooted in simple, whole ingredients and a belief that what we put on our bodies should be as clean and honest as what we eat.

This little farm is growing in its own time, with a lot of heart behind every jar and every animal raised. Thank you for being here and for supporting what matters!
